長江網(wǎng)8月5日(通訊員 蘇守明)8月3日，家住光谷的黃先生到附近天然氣營業(yè)廳辦理業(yè)務(wù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)營業(yè)廳被打圍，不遠(yuǎn)處多了一個“營業(yè)廳”。原來，由于拆出公共區(qū)域違規(guī)廣告牌，安全起見，營業(yè)廳不能正常接待客戶。為保障服務(wù)不中斷，天然氣公司在戶外搭建臨時營業(yè)廳，同時利用正午拆違間隙為用戶服務(wù)。兩日來，近200位市民像黃先生一樣正常辦理了業(yè)務(wù)。
“本來打算走的，”3日上午，前來辦理燃?xì)忾_戶的黃先生看到營業(yè)廳被打圍，這時他被營業(yè)廳負(fù)責(zé)人錢銳叫住。錢銳和拆違人員協(xié)商停工幾分鐘，快速跑進營業(yè)廳，業(yè)務(wù)嫻熟的他很快就辦好了，又快速跑出來將卡和票據(jù)交到黃先生手中。“這么大熱的天，不能讓客戶白跑一趟?！毙募钡腻X銳說，背上已全部濕透。
據(jù)了解，天然氣公司光谷營業(yè)廳所在的尚谷杰座頂樓廣告招牌需要拆除，城管部門在8月2日和3日現(xiàn)場作業(yè)。為保障來往人員安全，營業(yè)廳外拉起了警戒線。光谷營業(yè)廳和商鋪配合此項工作，拆除違建期間需暫停服務(wù)。
為保證服務(wù)不中斷，錢銳和同事們在營業(yè)廳外搭起帳篷，支起桌椅，在遠(yuǎn)離警戒線外的地方，設(shè)立簡易的臨時辦公點，為頂著酷熱前來的用戶辦理業(yè)務(wù)。拆違工作人員每天在11：30至15：00休息，錢銳和同事們充分利用這段時間辦理開戶、過戶、維修等業(yè)務(wù)。
烈日下的營業(yè)廳，天然氣工作人員汗流浹背，衣衫盡濕，兩日來累計為近200位用戶辦好業(yè)務(wù)，得到了用戶的理解、認(rèn)可和點贊。
